Many translations require document certification before they can be used in a legal or official capacity. Our in-house notary is licensed here in London, and can certify any of our translations. They will then be accepted by all UK institutions and most institutions across Europe.

Translation certification of all our translations

All our fully qualified translators are empowered to certify the translations that they or another member of our translation team has completed. The lowest level of certification, this attests that the translation is a true and accurate representation of the original. This certification is then stamped with our unique agency seal and is issued a unique number.

Certification of True Copies of the Original

Many levels of certification require that the translation be affixed to a certified true copy of the original. We can produce and certify any number of copies of the original that you require, and can legalise these documents if required.

Notarised Translations

If you wish to use the translation or an original document abroad, particularly in a country in which neither English nor the translated language is an official language, the documents will require notarisation. Let us determine whether this level of certification is required for you. If so, we can take care of everything for you in-house, saving you time, money and hassle.

Document Legalisation and Apostille authentication on any notarised translation
