About Certified Translations
CertifiedTranslations.ie - a professional translation agency, created by a team of translators, editors and managers with countless years working in the translation service industry. As a leader in the translation industry, we offer professional translation services into/from foreign languages, but our range of services is not limited by language pair. Our services include both written translation and interpretation, as well as notarization, certification, apostille and consular document legalization and other related services.
In fact, our company combines three services in one: the translation agency (with notarization), interpretation agency and legalisation services. In terms of areas of specialization, we could be considered ourselves experts in legal and technical documents.
WHY US

One of the mostly requested translation services by our agency customers is notary translation, which includes within itself translation of the document and its certification by a notary. Notary translation of documents in a foreign language is required for use of such documents in Ireland, including the submission of their notary translation to the public institutions.
Notary translation of documents from English into a foreign language is required for use of such documents abroad. However, it should be taken into consideration that for the validity of the documents in other countries it may be not enough with a notary certified translation - in some cases the document should go through the legalization procedure (apostilling or consular legalization, depending on the destination country).
The most request service of our company involves preparation of special documents issued in Ireland for their usage in other countries – document legalisation. Legalisation is necessary in order to make issued or certified documents by the competent authorities of one country legal for the acceptance in another country (the country of destination). Document legalisation is a prerequisite for official use in other countries.
Moreover, in the case of preparing documents for those countries which are signatories to The Hague Convention of October 5, 1961, apostille certification is required. For all other countries - the consular legalization. For sworn documents, it can be carried out only in the country where it was issued, and the validity of the mark itself is not restricted, but validity of the document can be limited, for example, power of attorney.
Document legalisation is one of the most sophisticated services – to successfully apply the correct legalisation, it is necessary to know a lot of the subtleties of document formation, which can differ from country to country, from the type of document, their content and other factors. Thanks to countless years of experience and obtained knowledge, we can rightly say that we are the most competent and professional providers of these services among translation agencies in Ireland. We look forward to assisting you in whatever capacity you may require!
