Why you need to legalise your Documents

Consular Legalisation is the process of authenticating or certifying a legal document so a foreign country's legal system will recognise it as with full legal effect. For example document issued in the United Kingdom must be attested by the FCO (Foreign & Commonwealth Office) before UAE legalisation. The FCO will only accept the original documents which have been signed by The UK Registrars (Company, birth, Death and Marriage certificates), other documents should be first authenticated by a solicitor or notarised by a notary public in the UK. It may take up to 4-5 working days to complete the whole process.
